Background information and customer requirements

HBIS Group Co., Ltd. is a key state-owned large-scale steel enterprise. It ranks 21st in terms of steel production nationwide and 280th among China's top 500 enterprises. The company's project for ultra-low emission control of pollutants from sintering machines 1#, 2#, and 3# aims to treat flue gas with a volume of 2.16 million Nm³/h. The project has a requirement for nitrogen oxide emissions to be below 50 mg/m³, in compliance with the national ultra-low emission standards.

Solution

This project utilizes 10 sets of 100kg ozone generation systems produced by Guolin Technology. Since its operation began in October 2021, the system has been running smoothly and reliably, with all performance requirements meeting the operational requirements.
